These terms govern your use of RyzeFi, a product of Eleeza INC. By using the site, you agree to them.

What RyzeFi is

RyzeFi is an educational estimation and planning tool for W-2 workers. It helps you estimate paycheck withholding, model a side business, and understand potential tax impact. It is not a tax preparation service, and it does not file returns on your behalf.

Not professional advice

RyzeFi does not provide tax, legal, financial, or accounting advice. Estimates are for information only. You are responsible for verifying any number with a qualified professional before you rely on it, including before submitting a new Form W-4.

Your responsibilities

Use accurate information. Don't use RyzeFi for fraud, tax evasion, or any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the decisions you make and the forms you file.

Limitation of liability

RyzeFi is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Eleeza INC is not liable for any loss, penalty, or damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its estimates.

Accounts and paid plans

RyzeFi is currently in early access. The calculator is free to use. Paid plans and account features described on the site are previews and are not yet available for purchase. Pricing and terms for those features will be presented before you are ever charged.
